The Boosterthon Speedway will be set up on your school’s campus and is about 1/16 of a mile per lap.

You betcha! The Boosterthon Speedway is the perfect size for students to run on—about 1/16 of a mile. It’s not too big and not too small (think Goldilocks and the Three Bears). It's just the right size. Even our kindergarteners will complete 25-35 laps!

Students may login and enter pledges at funrun.com. The access code is located on the front of Boosterthon pledgebook that came home with your student on the day of the Pep Rally.

Everything’s cool. No need to panic. There are several ways to retrieve your student’s code:

  • You can send a “Help” request on funrun.com to a team member on your campus. They’ll be able to help you within 24 hours.
  • Every teacher has a list of all their students’ access codes at school. If they are available through email, you can reach out to them as well.

Funrun.com and Boosterthon.com are both official sites of the Boosterthon Fun Run. Funrun.com is our custom-built, safe & secure site for students and parents to enter their pledges during the Boosterthon Fun Run. Boosterthon.com is an educational resource for people wanting to know more about the Boosterthon Fun Run program.

It’s likely. Your school must be set up as a non-profit organization, and we also recommend checking with your tax advisor. Please save a copy of your check stub or online receipt for tax purposes. And remember to hug your local accountant : )

Whether there's a monsoon or a snowstorm the Boosterthon Fun Run event is always ROCKING! If your school has a gym, it's likely the day of the Boosterthon Fun Run event will be held there at the scheduled times. If your school doesn’t have a gym, the Fun Run event will be rescheduled for a later date.

Always check with your school for more details.

No, not at all. We are very proud of the fact that the Boosterthon Fun Run is an all-inclusive school funding solution. Even if a child does not participate financially, he or she will still get a free t-shirt, still participate in the daily character lessons, still have full access to the resources at funrun.com, and still take part in the action-packed Boosterthon Fun Run. We want every student to have fun, even if their family is not able to participate financially.

The Boosterthon Fun Run exists to positively impact students by enhancing and improving America’s schools. The average student spends about 1300 hours a year in school. The three parts of the Boosterthon Fun Run—pep rally, team days, kickoff—combine to last about two hours. Of that two hours, about 75% of that time is spent emphasizing character or fitness. That leaves about 30 minutes, stretched over 9 days, spent on the fundraising component. That means that a school can accomplish most/all of its annual fundraising using .0004% of the school year! This is a tiny amount of time compared to the lasting benefits students receive from Boosterthon Fun Run funds, funds that provide new computers, sports equipment, art supplies, field trips, books, classroom resources and much more.

Glad you asked! The Boosterthon Creative Team spends 18 months concepting, brainstorming, and executing world-class character curriculum each year. Go behind the scenes and get a glimpse of how we create a character theme. Click here.

Yes! You can purchase them on Amazon. Get the Illustrated Book and the Chapter Book. Learn more about our brand new chapter book here. Since 2010, we’ve donated 65,000 Boosterthon books to our schools, and now students can enjoy their very own copy at home. Happy reading!

The Boosterthon Fun Run team partners with a select group of excellent schools across the U.S. each year. Unfortunately we are not able to serve every school due to limited capacity. This is the most common question asked of our team, and we love it! Boosterthon Fun Run team members endure a rigorous application, background check, and hiring process. We carefully select each one to ensure that they are the right fit to work with students. The primary non-negotiable for a prospective team member is that they have a track record of integrity. After that, we look for someone who is positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging. Our team members are excited about impacting students and we love it when our friends on campus notice!

At this time, the Boosterthon Fun Run only serves excellent elementary schools. While we may work with other organizations in the future, right now we specialize only in elementary school fundraising.

No. The Boosterthon Fun Run is not associated or connected to any religious group. Our creative team spends thousands of hours developing our Fitness, Leadership, and Character curriculum and designs it to be values-based so that it can be utilized in public, parochial, and non-parochial private schools.
