Of all the things that make the Boosterthon Fun Run unique, we are most proud of our team members! Spend just a few minutes around any of them, and you’ll see what we mean. We only hire integrity-filled, enthusiastic men and women who love working with schools and students.
It seems that at every school, an administrator or parent organization leader asks us,
“Where did you find your team?! The students love them! Are the same ones coming back next year?”
We love our team and are so glad our schools do too. In order to ensure only the best people serve your school, Boosterthon has a rigorous 3-6 month application process for prospective team members. We have built the reputation for being an extreemly selective organization. Our seven-step hiring process includes multiple interviews, two day selection events, four different temperament assessments, background screenings using S2Verify, and much more.
Once an offer is extended to an applicant, they go through a weeklong training program known as Booster University. This is just the beginning of their training as we have an extensive leader development program that lasts throughout the year. We do this because we believe selecting the right applicant to join our team is the best way to guarantee that you have a world-class experience with our program. Our goal is to hire and develop leaders who will make a difference on campus, at home, and in the community.
