Booster grew out of the vision to transform the way schools raise funds — from cookie dough and popcorn, to a character and fitness program that impacts students just as much as hitting a fundraising target. 17 years in, it feels like we’re just getting started as we continue to grow quickly and innovate around how we can best serve and strengthen schools. Next year we will serve over 3,600 schools and raise 130 million dollars with 800+ team members. We have a unique value proposition of on-campus service, logistics, and software, but the most remarked thing about our business is our culture. We have a ton of fun, love to celebrate, and are committed to creating environments that foster leadership and development in every position.Apply
Over the last several years, our digital product has changed the way we do business. As we move into our third decade as a company, technology is only becoming more crucial to our vision and is one of our most important strategies for continued impact and growth. Our goal is to become the leader in the digital experience of fundraising, and we are seeking an experienced product leader who can lead the team and execute that vision as we invest in our technology team to increase our speed of development. This leader will lead and work alongside our product team to discover, define, design, and deliver value in our product that enables rapid growth into a new market segment (DIY fundraising), significantly expand our experimentation and A/B testing capacity, and drive efforts to launch new businesses and product offerings.
