Booster grew out of the vision to transform the way schools raise funds — from cookie dough and popcorn, to a character and fitness program that impacts students just as much as hitting a fundraising target. 17 years in, it feels like we’re just getting started as we continue to grow quickly and innovate around how we can best serve and strengthen schools. Next year we will serve over 3,600 schools and raise 130 million dollars with 800+ team members. Role Vision:
Over the last several years, our digital product has changed the way we do business. As we move into our third decade as a company, technology is only becoming more crucial to our vision and is one of our most important strategies for continued impact and growth. Our goal is to become the leader in the digital experience of fundraising, and we are seeking an experienced product leader who can lead the team and execute that vision as we invest in our technology team to increase our speed of development. This leader will lead and work alongside our product team to discover, define, design, and deliver value in our product that enables rapid growth into a new market segment (DIY fundraising), significantly expand our experimentation and A/B testing capacity, and drive efforts to launch new businesses and product offerings.

Core Responsibilities:
Lead & Develop the Product team (Product Management, Product Design, Customer Service, User Research, and Data)
Own the product we are building and the process to achieve the below. 
1 year and quarterly OKRs aligned with estimated and prioritized features.  
User & business validated backlog completed with designs, requirements, acceptance criteria for two or more dev teams (3 to 6 sprints ahead).  
Deliver a modern and on-brand quality user experience that has clients and donors raving. 
Oversee release planning, launches, and go-to-market plans.
Partner with Head of Engineering to improve velocity and deliver value as planned. 
Objectively prove an increase in funds raised for schools and improved user experience through:
Product Optimization
Product Discovery
Know the customers (clients and users) to discover market and customer insights in order to add value within our current offering and potential new offerings.  
Know the data: Identify, develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive informed decision making and digital strategies.

Skills and Experience:
10+ years in digital product management
3+ years as a manager including design, research, data analytics
Proven results as a Product Leader
