Booster is seeking an IT Specialist to be part of an impactful, amazing organization with incredible, one of a kind culture. This person will be part of a small and effective IT Team to support and maintain technology systems in order to maximize team and company performance and to scale with a growing company. This person will manage tickets daily and other IT administration and support for all aspects of our Information Technology function alongside the Senior IT Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess versatile technical knowledge needed to assess and troubleshoot technical problems and proactively come up with solutions to potential or existing problems. He or she must be a quick learner. This person should also be very responsive and service minded.

IT Support/Help Desk
Act as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical help by responding to and solving IT help requests in a timely manner
Manage, track, and organize IT tickets through a ticketing software and escalate as necessary to the Senior IT Specialist
Provide accessible training resources and solutions to employees.

Software & Hardware Management
Utilize Device Management Software for tracking, setup, servicing, and inventory of company hardware
Implement OS and software updates
Assist in managing multiple SaaS solutions utilized by employees
Assist with various technical projects and provide additional support as needed

IT Operations & Maintenance
Network and Infrastructure Administration and Maintenance Including IT Security
Support and assist Marketing and other Home Office teams with website troubleshooting as needed
"Lights and buttons" - Security, printers, faxes, conference rooms, Home Office A/V, etc.
Manage LIVE video streaming (event-based) as needed

Core Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years in IT
Knowledge of Microsoft hardware and software a plus
Knowledge of php, javascript, and/or html a plus.
Proficient in Mac OS & software use and troubleshooting
Knowledge of Apple iOS use and troubleshooting
Great communication skills, resourceful, fast learner, proactive, and an excellent problem solver with high work ethic

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary: $TBD (based on experience)
